Radio Trailer

For our media coursework we were supposed to do two ansilery products for our short film, before we start doing our production work for our film. We decided to do a radio trailer and a poster. The Radio Trailer This is the link above we found on the internet, we foing the website useful as it gave us good advice on how to create the radio trailer. The link was set out clearly, so we found the instructions easy to follow. Below is the image of how to link on the website looks like.

Reading through the link, we found that we had to create a script for our radio trailer, this is below:

After we were satisfied with our script, we decided to go and find someone, who we felt voice would be well suited for our radio trailer and did some practice runs, so we could have a rough idea of how it would sound, we used a flip camera to do this

After we did some practice runs, we decided to create the radio trailer, by using the apple Mac in our school, we used an editing programme called final cut, which we will also be using later to edit our film footage. We recorded our teacher reading our radio trailer script on the flip camera, and then transfer the recording onto the computer and imported it onto final cut and then we took the audio from the clip and deleted the video, because we could only see his feet as you can see on the previous clip and for radio trailer you do not need a video. We then put some background music ontop our audio and then also recorded someones foot steps and put this sound into the start of our radio trailer, because we thought it linked nicely to our film idea, because the main plot is someone is being followed.

Below is a clip of our finished radio trailer:

Also we did some more audience research to find out what our target audience would like the title of our film to be the results are below:
